Bachelor’s degree
Bachelor’s programs in the US and UK differ in structure, but both lead to internationally recognized degrees and strong academic foundations.
When to apply:
Final year of high school is the best time to start. Early applications lead to faster responses and more options.
Required documents for bachelor’s applications:
- CV / Resume
- Motivation letter or essay
- Recommendation letters
- English language certificate (TOEFL, IELTS, or Cambridge)
- SAT score (sometimes required)
- Passport scan
- High school transcripts (grades 10–12), both original and translated
- Proof of current grade level or diploma (original + translation)
- Subject descriptions (common in the Netherlands)
- Possible entrance exam (usually for medicine, architecture, etc.)
- Interview or additional documents if requested by the university
Master’s degree
While UK programs often offer intensive 1-year formats, US master’s degrees generally span 2 years and may include research, coursework, or practical experience.
When to apply:
The ideal time to apply is during the final year of your undergraduate studies or after graduation.
